A FEW WORDS ABOUT US
Future Energy Consulting have been providing commercial EPCs and assisting clients in reducing their carbon emissions and energy usage since early 2008. Our energy assessors are Elmhurst and STROMA accredited and certified in the use of advanced software packages such as Hevacomp, DesignBuilder and AutoCAD.
We pride ourselves on a close working relationship with our clients which enables us to tailor our services to suit your exact needs.
WHAT WE DO
EPC and SBEM services
We can provide design stage, on construction and existing property EPC and SBEM services including Level 5 design simulation.
Energy reduction and MEES
As of April 2018 it is unlawful to let properties out with an EPC asset rating of F or G. We can assist in improving your EPC rating.
CAD services & floor plans
We can provide CAD plans and floor plans for your properties to assist with marketting or planning.
